Governance is not merely being in compliance with current laws; it is the framework for the direction and oversight of the organization.

Recognizing that the time of volunteer directors is limited, T•OCS is equipped to:

• Organize and provide support for board and committee meetings as well as Annual Meetings
• Provide Board orientation
• Assist in succession planning and board member recruitment
• Maintain corporate records
• Monitor changes in legislation that will impact the management of the association
• Provide advice on by-law changes and on interpretation of corporate law requirements
• Advise the board on succession planning, board recruitment, fulfilling terms and appointing officers
• AGM management and scrutineer support to count proxies at on-site elections
